What are my payment options?

Do you have gowns for me to see at the studio?

We do! Our designer’s collection is available for you to check out our quality in person. We do not carry a huge amount of inventory, however, so we may not be the best fit for the bride who wants to try on a number of gowns. In your consult, you’ll get suggestions for design details best suited to you. We also suggest familiarizing yourself with which items from your existing wardrobe make you feel your best. Don’t feel pressured into trying on piles of gowns if collaboration is the right fit!

How does COVID-19 effect my order?

At this time, our factories are running on a two week delay. We factor a greater amount of time into your order period as buffer, anyway. As of April 2020, no orders have been delayed further.

We were saddened to cancel prom availability this season, and similarly, we are not offering rush ordering until further notice.

We are postponing Houston measuring appointments for brides conducting Virtual Consultations until further notice. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs regarding timeline. Long distance clients may still submit a measuring form as normal.

Why do you have base rates? I’ve never seen that.

That’s probably true! While most indie designers or tailors might create an estimate for each client, we love being able to quickly and easily provide transparent pricing information. Of course some of the fun details, such as rhinestone embellishment or adding a specialty fabric, will be supplementary to your base package. Those are provided on a case-by-case basis and available before you order.
